Service Interruption - Longmont 5/5/2026 Tuesday 5th May 2026 10:32:00


11:20am: Nextlight was notified of a fiber cut from one of our upstream providers. Customer’s services were impacted while routing information reconverged. Customers have reported their service have been restored. If a customer continues to have an issue please contact Nextlight Tech Support as call volume has returned to normal volume.

10:30am: NextLight Operations teams are aware of a service interruption impacting Longmont. Teams are currently investigating the issue and working towards a resolution. This is causing increased waiting times for customers calling in to our technical support team. A new update will be posted as soon as new information is available.

Network Operations has confirmed that impact has been mitigated. Traffic has normalized and no new reports regarding this event. Network Operations will continue monitoring this link for stability.
