NextLight Operations teams are aware of a service interruption impacting some subscribers in central and east part of Longmont. Teams are currently investigating the issue and working towards a resolution. Next update will be provided when more information is available.

NextLight teams were made aware of an issue this morning that resulted in a portion of our customers experiencing a service interruption. NextLight Operation teams investigated the issue and performed mitigation steps to restore service at 9:18 AM MT. If you are still experiencing these issues, please perform a power cycle of your router.
