Service interruption around the area of 9th Ave West of Francis St Saturday 16th December 2023 07:00:00

We are aware fiber cut that is impacting around 200 customers in the area around 9th and Francis to 9th and Hover area. Currently crews have been dispatched and are working on restoring service to those impacted. There is no ETA for restoral of services at this time.

Crews have finished splicing. Services has been restored. If your service continues to be impacted, please reboot your router.

Nextlight Field Operations is working to replace the damaged equipment that is the cause of this outage. Additional resources have been called in to assist in this process. The current estimated time to restoral of services is approximately 8 hours (6:30PM MST).
