NextLight is currently experiencing issues with an upstream service provider. Contact has been made with the service provider to identify and resolve the issue.

The previously impacted circuit has remained in the correct operational state since yesterday. The NextLight network is no longer experiencing any issues.

The upstream circuit issue appears to have cleared. We are currently monitoring the connection for any further issues.

We've received confirmation on failed equipment in an upstream provider's network. Actions are being taken to fix the issue.

Still awaiting confirmation on the degraded circuit.

It has been discovered that the upstream issue is only partially repaired. Several of the original degraded circuits are still functioning since the previous restoration. One remaining circuit is in a degraded state. A new ticket has been open to request the investigation of that circuit.

NextLight's upstream provider appears to have resolved the impacting issue. The NextLight network will continue to be closely monitored for any further issues.

This service interruption appears to be part of a larger outage on the greater internet. Access to different internet resources may vary depending on where this larger anomaly is occurring on the internet.
